Overview

CareCloud is seeking a talented Integrations Engineer to join our growing technology team. The role involves designing and managing integration solutions, APIs, and data exchange workflows, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity across healthcare and enterprise systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects that impact healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using .NET (C#/ASP.NET) and SQL Server.
  • Build and manage APIs, web services, and ETL processes for real-time and batch data exchange.
  • Develop and optimize stored procedures, triggers, and queries to streamline integration workflows.
  • Work with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD, X12, etc.) where applicable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EHR/EMR, labs, registries, vendors) to define requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data exchange, interfaces, and performance.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and HIPAA adherence (if healthcare-related).
  • Support migration projects by validating and reconciling data across systems.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation for integrations and workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in integration development, APIs, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in .NET (C#/ASP.NET) and SQL Server.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL processes, APIs, and data transformation pipelines.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD, X12) is a strong plus.
  • Experience in data migration and reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
