HR Manager at ARTEMA MEDICAL LLC | HR Policies, Recruitment, Employee Relation, Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist at Artema Medical Group in Lahore. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing campaigns, developing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and utilizing effective communication skills. The role requires strong writing abilities and the ability to create engaging social media content.

Responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Management:

  • Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, and social media.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing plans.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and website traffic.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other methods to optimize ad performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on website and PPC performance metrics.
  • Use data insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management on campaign performance and ROI.

Budget Management:

  • Manage PPC budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and ROI.
  • Allocate budget across campaigns based on performance and strategic priorities.

Market Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and PPC.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Communicate campaign results and strategies to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Atleast 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing and PPC campaign management.
  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SEO and SEM and Lead Generation Strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Certification in Google Ads or similar credentials
