The Position:

Bank & Vogue Operations Manager will be responsible for daily operational support, office administration and project management support. You must have a commitment to continually improving the expanding Beyond Retro product lines. You are adaptable, handling multiple demands and changing priorities while always maintaining your targets. You encourage open communication and have the ability to develop strong relationships on behalf of the business across suppliers, global departments and your own team.

To succeed you will need to be highly motivated, have efficient processes and strive for growth and excellence. Must be comfortable in a team-based atmosphere and enjoy working proactively in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.

You will continue to develop training processes to improve operations all while achieving the daily production KPI's.

Reporting Structure & Key Relationships:

  • Reports to: General Manager – Pakistan
  • Works closely with: Vintage Training Manager
  • Directly manages: 30+ Vintage Pickers and Ironing/Tagging Team
  • Collaborates with: Global and local teams across departments to optimize KPIs and processes

Responsibilities:

  • People & Performance Leadership

-Lead, coach, and support the production team to meet and exceed performance expectations.

-Communicate goals and challenges clearly within the team to ensure alignment and accountability.

-Foster a culture of ownership, time management, and continuous improvement.

-Actively support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members in collaboration with the GM.

  • Operations & Production Oversight

-Manage production operations across multiple factories/warehouses, ensuring yield targets and supplier expectations are met.

-Oversee daily progress of Picking, Tagging, Steaming, and Folding (TSF) teams with a focus on target adherence and work quality.

-Perform regular on-site inspections, including tagging, labeling, and packing quality audits.

-Ensure timely execution of container loading, inventory scanning, and coordination with warehouse teams for stock handling.

-Maintain quality and safety standards in packaging and labeling across all shipments.

-Support execution of the Vintage Production Plan (VPP) and production planning schedules.

  • Project & Data Management

-Lead the administration of the Digital Training Program and support the Head of Product on related initiatives.

-Monitor training progress via 360 Learning Software and identify training needs and fulfillment.

-Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including payroll data coordination with Fulcrum.

-Support in updating weekly production dashboards and participate in global production meetings.

  • Inventory & Administrative Support

-Manage packaging material inventory, including replenishment and quality assurance.

-Assist with administrative tasks that support day-to-day operations and team efficiency.

-Contribute to special sourcing initiatives and projects as defined by global leadership.

  • Confidentiality & Compliance

-Exercise strict confidentiality in all aspects of work to safeguard the interests of Bank & Vogue/Beyond Retro.

  • Other responsibilities include:

-Daily follow up meetings at warehouses for picking/passing - accompany General Manager where required

-Daily update of attendance report, picking and passing report, box closing data

-Monitoring and updating daily TSF Report

-Support in Staff hiring, attendance, leaves, payroll data management and other issues

-Weekly update of packaging material inventory report

-Issuing packaging material to the warehouses (Boxes, Tapes, Swing tags, Tag pins etc.)

-Monitoring the packaging material inventory, reordering and delivery follow up - where required

-Issuance and management of Barcode labels to all warehouses

-Coordination with warehouse teams for the material deliveries (receiving from vendors)

-General admin - including periodic maintenance of steamers

-Visiting open market for any purchase on need basis

-Supporting in general administrative issues of the team operations

-Boxes scanning and movement for container loading

-Coordination with Warehouse logistics team for container loading

-Support the team in different Projects

-Work as a back up for General Manager when required

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and experience:

  • University degree in Business Management, Fashion/Textiles, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in textile or garment manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with the Karachi Export Processing Zone (KEPZ) and Landhi industrial areas.
  • Strong interest in fashion and sustainable production.
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop teams.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Must have their own transportation for travel between sites.
