About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to support our operations at the Novatex Landhi Plant. This role will work closely with plant leadership to implement core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR professional with strong interpersonal skills and hands-on experience with SAP HR modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to plant leadership, driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant-based roles, ensuring timely onboarding and orientation of management staff.
  • Manage employee relations by conducting regular check-ins, addressing concerns, and resolving grievances.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, inclusion, and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in accordance with HR guidelines.
  • Conduct training needs assessments, develop an annual training calendar, and coordinate learning initiatives.
  • Monitor employee engagement, morale, and productivity, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Act as a bridge between the plant and central HR to implement corporate HR programs and systems.
  • Ensure effective use of SAP for recruitment, employee data management, and HR operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HR modules is required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
