Junior Performance Marketer

BIORESTORE, a premium textile restoration and laundry care brand, is looking for a Junior Performance Marketer based in Pakistan (preferably Lahore or Karachi) who can use data to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive conversions and growth.

- Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with hands-on expertise and a deep understanding of targeting, bidding, and creatives.

- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics; provide actionable insights to improve ROI and scale successful strategies.

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with brand goals and messaging.

- Experiment with new channels, ad formats, and strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

- Maintain and organize marketing data, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and knowledge of other performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat).

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and growth hacking.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
