07Calling- Bank Rates Data Analyst (07)
Responsibilities:
Actively reach out (via email ) to US banks to collect and track information on the interest rates for their banking products according to SPGMI parameters. These data can be supplemented with emails and Internet-based research.
Develop and maintain business relationships with external contacts/clients to actively track information on the covered content set falls under the preview of this job. These
Deliver accurate, timely output, applying 'doing right the first-time' mindset.
Identify and report any new disclosure or gaps in policies/procedures.
Contribute towards process improvement through error checks, audit suggestions, and tool enhancements.
Innovate by identifying enhancement initiatives
Build subject-matter expertise towards various workflow, processes of the dataset, and on Fees related and charter jobs including client related custom reports
Remain up-to-date on industry trends and utilizes upskilling and reskilling opportunities and platforms to expand existing skillset
Basic Qualification:
Minimum of Bachelor's/College degree and/or has prior experience working in a customer service setting
Strong English verbal and written communication skills to communicate with stakeholders globally.
Proven ability to work with minimal direction and maintain focus and motivation while working with routine and repetitive tasks.
Background in MS Office
Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
Capable of collaborating with both local and offshore teams and stakeholders
Comfortable taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness
Strong attention to detail and persistent approach to work
Open to fresh graduates
Amenable to work the night shift
