Calling- Bank Rates Data Analyst (07)

Responsibilities:

• Actively reach out (via email ) to US banks to collect and track information on the interest rates for their banking products according to SPGMI parameters. These data can be supplemented with emails and Internet-based research.

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with external contacts/clients to actively track information on the covered content set falls under the preview of this job. These

    • Deliver accurate, timely output, applying 'doing right the first-time' mindset.

      • Identify and report any new disclosure or gaps in policies/procedures.

        • Contribute towards process improvement through error checks, audit suggestions, and tool enhancements.

          • Innovate by identifying enhancement initiatives

            • Build subject-matter expertise towards various workflow, processes of the dataset, and on Fees related and charter jobs including client related custom reports

              • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and utilizes upskilling and reskilling opportunities and platforms to expand existing skillset

Basic Qualification:

• Minimum of Bachelor's/College degree and/or has prior experience working in a customer service setting

  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills to communicate with stakeholders globally.

    • Proven ability to work with minimal direction and maintain focus and motivation while working with routine and repetitive tasks.

      • Background in MS Office

        • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy

          • Capable of collaborating with both local and offshore teams and stakeholders

            • Comfortable taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness

              • Strong attention to detail and persistent approach to work

                • Open to fresh graduates

                  • Amenable to work the night shift
