Netsol Technologies is hiring a passionate and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our internal engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud-native platforms while contributing to the continued innovation and success of our internal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build robust, scalable, and resilient cloud-native applications and platforms.
  • Develop end-to-end full-stack solutions by integrating modern frontend frameworks with backend services.
  • Drive Agile and DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design features, and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Engage in system design and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, and project timelines.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer on internal software products.
  • Research, evaluate, and advocate for new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve engineering practices.
  • Compare and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet project goals and ensure scalable implementation.
  • Support onboarding and mentorship of new engineering team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in full-stack software development with strong exposure to cloud-native systems.
  • Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Spring, or Quarkus, and frontend frameworks like Angular and React.
  • Experience working with Apache Kafka and integrating diverse data sources, APIs, and databases into unified systems.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (especially MongoDB), including schema design and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps practices, particularly CI/CD and automated testing, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work in Agile team environments.
