About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Full Stack Engineer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in either the MEAN, MERN, or .NET technology stacks. You will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and efficient web applications from front-end to back-end. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full stack web applications using MEAN, MERN, or .NET stacks.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for both client and server-side components.
  • Develop APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest improvements where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in full stack development.
  • Proficiency in one or more stacks: MEAN Stack, MERN Stack, .NET Stack
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and cloud fundamentals (AWS/Azure is a plus).
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Solid understanding of web security and performance best practices.
