Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, promoting and selling our digital solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service through Upwork, Fiverr, and Bark platforms. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with our marketing and design teams to create effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bid Writing: Craft personalized, compelling proposals for projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms to attract potential clients.
  2. Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project requirements, providing clear explanations of our services and solutions.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue high-potential leads in the web and app development niches.
  4. Negotiation: Handle negotiations on project scope, timelines, and pricing to close deals.
  5. Target Achievement: Meet and surpass the sales goals and targets each month.
  6. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and adjust bidding strategies to reflect client demand.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure project proposals are aligned with team capabilities.
  8. Reporting: Track bidding performance, conversion rates, and success metrics to optimize bidding strategies.
  9. Attend online meetings with clients as required.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
  2. A proven track record of winning projects and generating revenue through online bidding platforms.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Experienced in selling website design, website development, mobile app development, WordPress, graphic designs, and animations.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Working Days: Monday-Friday
