We are a growing digital agency specializing in Web Development, SEO, and Design Services. We work with international clients through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other marketplaces. To expand our client base, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Upwork Bidder to join our team in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and submit high-quality proposals on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team (development, SEO, design) to create tailored proposals.
  • Maintain communication with clients to ensure successful project closure.
  • Achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of Web Development, SEO, and Design services.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
