We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, understands digital marketing and PR landscapes, and is skilled in turning prospects into long-term business relationships. Prior experience in business development within a digital or creative agency will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship & Data Management:
- Understand client requirements and maintain detailed records in Google Sheets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Cold call and reach out to potential clients for new business opportunities.
- Actively pursue leads and coordinate with the proposal team for timely submissions.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up to ensure conversion.
3. Proposal Development & Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and contracts.
- Ensure timely delivery of proposals and negotiate terms that align with client goals.
4. Market & Client Research:
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Attend networking events and client meetings to expand the business network.
5. Target Achievement & Reporting:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain quality service by adhering to organizational standards and sharing client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development or client acquisition
- Familiarity with Upwork or freelance platforms is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and PR services is highly preferred
- Strong command of MS Office
