tossdown is a SaaS company offering e-commerce and digital marketing solutions tailored to the food industry. We work with food businesses to build e-commerce websites, mobile apps, and deliver impactful digital marketing strategies. Our mission is to help food brands grow by enhancing their online presence and driving sales growth

Job Description:

  • Identify and connect with decision-makers at restaurants, bakeries, and food chains in Lahore.
  • Understand client needs and pitch a tailored range of solutions, including Digital Marketing Services and SaaS offerings such as Meta and Google Ads, SEO, and branded online ordering platforms.
  • Travel locally for in-person client meetings and presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle , from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to unlock enterprise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and onboarding plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help refine sales strategy and offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in selling to large clients, franchises, or corporate accounts.
  • This is a commission-based role, and earnings will depend on sales performance with clear monthly targets and incentives.
  • A strong network of industry connections and the ability to influence decision-makers at the C-level or senior management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and/or tech-based product solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and structured pipeline management.
  • Proactive, strategic, and self-motivated, with a focus on closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site presentations.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based structure with clear performance expectations.
