Job Title: Executive Assistant for the Country Director, Acumen Pakistan

Location: Karachi Division, Sindh, Pakistan

Job Description:

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for executives.
  • Manage and prioritize executive calendars, ensuring optimal use of time.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain and organize executive files, documents, and records.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and staff, clients, and other partners.
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing and answering phone calls.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the Executive to ensure the smooth functioning of the Sales & Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience coordinating complex schedules, meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the capability to liaise effectively with executives, staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
