About UsNeon Byte Technologies is a globally recognized software house delivering digital solutions to international clients, especially in the USA and European markets. We are expanding our business development team and are looking for a professional Upwork Bidder who can bring in relevant sales and help us hit monthly targets.
Position OverviewThe Upwork Bidder will be responsible for generating leads, writing persuasive proposals, and closing deals through Upwork. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with the Upwork platform, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork.
- Write and submit winning proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with international clients (primarily USA-based).
- Pitch services smartly and convert leads into successful projects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets (commission offered upon achieving/exceeding goals).
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Monitor competition and market trends to improve bidding strategies.
- Proven experience on Upwork with a successful track record of closing projects.
- Strong understanding of international client expectations (USA preferred).
- Excellent proposal writing and sales pitching skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Capable of achieving $3,000 – $5,000 monthly sales targets.
