Job Description: Head of IGCSE Programme, SuperNova School, Kuri Campus, Islamabad

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IGCSE Leadership at SuperNova School Kuri Campus, Islamabad. The Head will be responsible for providing autonomous academic and operational leadership at Kuri Campus Islamabad. This includes overseeing the entire IGCSE academic cycle, managing faculty performance, implementing strategic academic planning, and maintaining consistent communication with all stakeholders—students, parents, and teachers.

Qualification Criteria for IGCSE Program Leader

Educational Background:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.

Leadership Experience:

At least five years of independent leadership experience at an IGCSE school or campus, with complete operational and academic responsibility.

IGCSE Expertise:

Demonstrated experience of working in at least three reputable IGCSE schools. Comprehensive knowledge of the IGCSE academic calendar, including internal assessments, exam registration, mock exams, coursework requirements, and critical deadlines.

Academic Oversight:

Proven ability to lead the complete academic cycle for outgoing IGCSE batches, including preparation for Cambridge exams, managing student academic interventions, and maintaining strong engagement with parents and faculty.

Strategic & Operational Skills:

Comfortable with strategic planning, school inspections, and stakeholder reporting at a senior leadership level. Experienced in leading curriculum planning, conducting teacher performance evaluations, and maintaining high academic standards.
