Job Description
  • Provide technical support to the program and implementing partners.
  • Develop implementation plans and budgets for project activities.
  • Ensure effective and efficient project implementation aligned with goals and targets.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments and partners.
  • Seek technical expertise and arrange support through field visits or other means.
  • Manage field teams and implementing partners to meet objectives.
  • Conduct regular field visits, monitor processes, and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate with MEAL team for documentation, data collection, and monitoring.
  • Assist in preparing high-quality donor reports and other documentation.
  • Support project visibility initiatives and documentation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing advocacy strategies.
  • Maintain communication with government officials and ministries.
  • Facilitate recruitment of project staff following HR policies.
  • Promote open communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Support development of malaria research studies as per work plan.
  • Assist in developing concept notes and proposals.
  • Perform any other program-related tasks as assigned.
