We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. We are hiring for our Business partner Kaizen Global smc in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
