Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
  3. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for project sales.
  4. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  5. Prepare sales reports and presentations for upper management.
  6. Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.
  7. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Zameen.com's projects.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in sales or project management, preferably in the real estate sector.
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
