Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with decision-making by preparing reports, gathering information, and managing follow-ups.
- Project Management:
- Lead and oversee various strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, maintaining timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation.
- Operations Support:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including process optimization and resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges with innovative, efficient solutions.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teams, partners, and vendors.
- Flexibility in Tasks:
- Take on ad hoc projects across a variety of functions, such as marketing, sales, product development, or HR.
- Be prepared to "wear multiple hats" and adapt to shifting priorities in a startup environment.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in an executive assistant or project management role, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
- High level of proficiency in project management tools (preferably ClickUp or similar).
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-growing, ever-changing environment.
- Passionate about technology and startup culture.
