WeLogix is a fast-growing, AI-driven software house specializing in mobile apps, desktop applications, and web platforms. We're on a mission to help businesses worldwide turn ideas into high-impact digital products and we need a results-oriented Business Development Executive to fuel our next phase of global growth.

Scope:

This is a full-time, on-site role based at The Vertical, Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. You'll own lead generation, proposal writing, deal negotiation, and closing for enterprise and SMB clients, primarily via Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research target markets (North America, Europe, Middle East)
  • Generate qualified leads on Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns & networking events
  • Proposal Development:
  • Craft compelling, tailored Upwork bids and RFP responses
  • Highlight WeLogix's AI/ML strengths and past successes
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos and follow-ups
  • Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers
  • Deal Negotiation & Closing:
  • Negotiate terms, draft engagement agreements, and secure signatures
  • Track all activity in HubSpot/Pipedrive and report on KPIs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with delivery & technical teams to scope projects, budgets, and timelines
  • Ensure smooth hand-offs for project kickoff

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales/business development in IT/software services
  • Proven track record of winning Upwork or similar freelance marketplace projects
  • Hands-on familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced startup

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing network or contacts in North America, Europe, or Middle East
  • Experience negotiating multi-month or multi-year service contracts
  • Knowledge of AI/ML or SaaS industry trends
  • Proficiency with social selling tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry forums)
