Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cab Dispatcher located in Islamabad. The Cab Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching taxis, managing communication between drivers and clients, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. The Cab Dispatcher will also maintain service logs, monitor real-time vehicle locations, and handle any issues that arise during the shift.

Qualifications
  • Experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using dispatch software and communication tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work closely with a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the taxi or transportation industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
