Globe Call Centre is hiring skilled Cab / Taxi Dispatchers with at least 1 year of practical experience in dispatch operations, preferably within the cab or transportation sector. If you're detail-oriented, responsive, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to connect with you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign cabs quickly and accurately to handle incoming ride requests.
  • Organize driver routes and schedules to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Stay in constant contact with both drivers and customers to manage updates, delays, or concerns.
  • Record trip information, driver activity, and daily dispatch logs with accuracy.
  • Follow company policies and comply with transport regulations in all dispatch operations.
  • Handle customer questions and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a taxi dispatcher or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized in high-pressure situations.
  • High attention to detail with strong time management abilities.
