Role Description

The Area Sales Manager – Upper Punjab will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor and dealer networks, and strengthening 5G Healthcare's presence in key cities including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Attock, Gujranwala, Sialkot, and Faisalabad. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to promote our range of medical devices. The ASM will lead territory sales activities, ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets, monitor market trends, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare equipment
  • Strong network and market knowledge of Upper Punjab's healthcare sector
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory
