Job Description:

SilverFox Dispatch is a growing USA-based truck dispatching company. We're looking for motivated and skilled Sales Agents to join our night-shift team. If you have experience in cold calling, sales, or call centers—or you're a fresh graduate with excellent communication skills—this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold call potential clients in the USA to generate leads.

Coordinate dispatch operations between drivers and customers.

Provide outstanding customer service and resolve queries.

Maintain accurate records of calls and dispatch details.

Meet sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Experienced Candidates: Minimum 1 year in sales, cold calling, or BPO (USA market preferred).

Fresh Graduates: Strong English communication and willingness to learn.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Comfortable with night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Mon–Fri).

Basic computer and CRM skills are a plus.
