EasyBew is looking for a Graphic Designer as part of our ed-tech service division to help usher in a new phase of brand extensions. The Graphic Designer will contribute to the face of our ed-tech division, conceptualize new and exciting illustrations and graphics for our branded materials, and drive exposure and awareness for our organization's online presence. The Graphic Designer will work closely with Marketing Managers, demonstrate a proficiency in design principles, and create custom designs and illustrations as part of our ongoing media campaigns. The Graphic Designer will align stakeholders to ensure the look and feel of our organization are fresh, vibrant, and creating a lasting impression.

You get to:
  • Directly create high-fidelity mockups to assist front-end developers in creating new webpages and modify existing ones
  • Develop blog images, icons, infographics, and illustrations to facilitate marketing initiatives
  • Design assets for use across multiple platforms, adapt existing material for multiple uses
  • Create custom designs for use in digital and print media for sales and marketing, including: social media marketing, newsletters, blog posts, digital media advertising, e-books, promotional materials, and brand identity

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art, Design, Digital Media, or related field field or five years in related field with similar experience
  • Work samples showcasing brand extension, illustrations, strong design principles
  • 2+ years of cross-platform or cross-channel graphic design experience
  • Proficiency in digital design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD
  • Working knowledge of industry trends, market expectations, and design principles
  • Ensure graphics/imagery are compliant with existing brand standards and expectations
Experience Requirements

Additional Requirements

  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Managers and other, identified personnel to determine design expectations, project requirements, and overall scope of work
  • Handle multiple assignments and manage change requests
  • Work with the Growth Team, vendors, and freelancers to ensure brand compliance
  • Meet stakeholders to pitch ideas, solicit feedback, and complete full design life cycles
