Job Description:

The primary responsibility of a research associate is to assist in conducting research studies, collecting and

analyzing data, and interpreting the results of the research. The research associate will work under the

supervision of a deputy manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Refining and further managing PCP data, including data entry, cleaning, and quality assurance.
  • · Preparing and delivering presentations on PCP research findings.
  • · Conducting basic level data analysis using statistical software.
  • · Planning field visits and managing tasks on an ad-hoc basis to support research activities.
  • · Possessing basic knowledge of national-level health programs relevant to the Primary care Programs.
  • · Maintaining accurate records of research protocols, results, and conclusions.
  • · Preparing reports and manuscripts for publication.
  • · Contributing to the development of research proposals and grant applications.
