Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Contract Lead Generation Specialist - Web App Development Projects. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as identifying and generating new leads, conducting research, communicating with potential clients, and supporting sales efforts. This is an on-site role located in Islamabad.

Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • No degree or portfolio required — just results
  • Prior knowledge of tech/web development is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified leads for web and app development projects
  • Use research, outreach, and communication strategies to connect with potential clients
  • Share client contacts for direct follow-up and project closure
  • Help drive sales and marketing efforts

Commission Structure:

$250 Project → You earn 20%

$500 Project → You earn 25%

$1000+ Project → You earn 35%
