Business Development Specialist - Lead Generation

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role involves consistently generating qualified leads using various platforms, including Upwork, LinkedIn, email marketing, and others.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, initiating conversations, and handing over warm leads to the closing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating qualified B2B leads through strategic outreach and campaign execution.
  • Building and managing lead lists, and following up on cold and warm leads.
  • Setting appointments and communicating effectively with potential clients.
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance and lead quality.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to align on goals and strategies.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and business development using Upwork, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
  • Ability to provide tangible evidence of past success (e.g., client acquisition, successful campaigns).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of website development, SEO, or digital services is an asset.
