We are a fast-growing international Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Consultancy with our headquarters in the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC). We also have our own Technology company creating bespoke cutting-edge RegTech solutions. Our business presence covers multiple jurisdictions with offices in the UAE, KSA, UK & Ireland, Singapore, Porto, Pakistan and Qatar. We provide Regulatory Governance, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Recruitment and Technology services (the "Services") to a large number of clients, including global, regional and local financial services institutions, governments and other industry partners. As part of our global expansion plan, we are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Proposal Analyst to take ownership of our growing volume of RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise pitch responses.

Job Purpose

This role will play a critical role in managing and accelerating our proposal development process across both consulting (JAP) and compliance technology (azakaw) arms.

We are looking for someone who can take charge of the full proposal lifecycle from gathering inputs across teams to crafting compelling, tailored responses that demonstrate our value proposition. You will work closely with business development, compliance, risk, legal, PMO, and product teams to ensure every submission is strategic, polished, and on time.

Duties and Responsibilities

RFP & RFI Ownership

• Lead the end-to-end development of client proposals, Bids, Tenders, RFIs, and RFP responses, for regulated businesses such as financial institutions, fintech, crypto firms, and fund managers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, compliance, legal, tech, delivery) to ensure accurate, relevant, and client-specific responses.
• Own and track timelines, manage inputs, and ensure timely delivery under tight SLAs.

Enterprise Pitch Deck Creation

• Craft and tailor compelling pitch decks for enterprise prospects across JAP's consulting services and azakaw's RegTech solutions.
• Collaborate with business development leads to ensure every deck resonates with the client's specific pain points and industry priorities.

Knowledge Base & Content Repository

• Build and maintain a centralised content library of past RFP/RFI responses, pitch decks, case studies, technical specs, team bios, and more.
• Regularly update materials in collaboration with delivery, product, and sales teams.
• Help standardise reusable content while ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Serve as the communication bridge across departments during pre-sales and facilitate consistent internal communication across teams during the proposal lifecycle.
• Ensure clear handoffs, timely responses, and version control.
• Help manage stakeholder alignment during revisions and approvals.

Project Management & Execution

• Maintain a proposal pipeline tracker across all active RFI's, RFPs, pitches, bids and timelines.
• Assign tasks, manage internal deadlines, and escalate delays when needed.
• Support BD and PMO by ensuring proposals move swiftly through internal review cycles.
• Proactively flag bottlenecks or dependencies across sales, compliance, and delivery.

Experience (essential to any successful application)

• 3–5+ years of experience in proposal writing, business development enablement, or pre-sales (ideally in consulting, SaaS, or B2B services)

Skills

• Excellent written English and business communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
• Experience handling RFPs from regulated industries (e.g., finance, fintech, crypto, DNFBPs) is a major plus
• Exposure to compliance, risk, or SaaS/RegTech platforms is highly desirable
