Job Summary-Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst – Product & Strategy to support the development of product papers, investor presentations, and strategic reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into well-structured documents and presentations. This role requires a deep understanding of financial products, payment solutions, and the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive product papers, whitepapers, and business cases for new and existing financial products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and strategy.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the fintech and digital banking sectors.

Document product workflows, user journeys, and functional requirements to align with business needs.

Presentation & Reporting

Create investor decks, executive reports, and board presentations to support fundraising and business development efforts.

Design data-driven insights and analytics reports for senior management and external stakeholders.

Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure visually appealing and structured documentation.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with the Product, Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Support engagement with regulators, banks, and strategic partners by preparing regulatory and compliance documentation.

I'd like you to please assist in drafting business proposals, RFP responses, and partnership presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or strategy consulting, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments.

Strong experience in creating product papers, financial models, and strategy presentations.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI as a plus.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of financial services, digital payments, and regulatory frameworks.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Agile product development methodologies.

Knowledge of BNPL, remittances, microfinance and digital wallets

Familiarity with KYC, AML, and compliance requirements in fintech.

Experience in fundraising documentation or investor relations.
