We are seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Content Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling,
has a strong grasp of design principles, and possesses a deep understanding of various social media platforms. As a Social Media Content Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, creating, and delivering visually compelling content that resonates with our target audience and enhances our brand presence across social media
channels.

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a cohesive social media content strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
2. Design engaging and innovative visual content, including graphics, images, videos, animations, and other multimedia elements, tailored for different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
3. Create consistent and visually appealing templates for regular content updates, ensuring brand consistency and recognition.
4. Conceptualize and produce creative assets for various campaigns, promotions, product launches, and events to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
5. Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and platform updates, and incorporate these insights into the content creation process.
6. Collaborate with copywriters, marketing strategists, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of visual and written content.
7. Adapt content designs for different screen sizes and formats, optimizing for mobile and desktop viewing experiences.
8. Monitor content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and iterate designs based on data-driven insights to continually improve content effectiveness.
9. Maintain an organized digital asset library and ensure consistent file naming and storage practices for easy access and collaboration.
10. Assist in managing the scheduling and posting of content across social media platforms, ensuring timely delivery and optimal audience reach.
11. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for content campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience (3+ years) as a social media content designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work across various social media platforms.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
Familiarity with video editing, motion graphics, and animation is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality visuals within specified timelines.
Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for different platforms.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving priorities.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for staying up-to-date with design and industry trends.
Basic understanding of data analytics and the ability to interpret engagement metrics to improve content strategy.
Experience with photography and photo editing is a plus.
