We are looking for a Social Media Content Planner who can craft winning strategies and engaging content across Meta, TikTok, and other major social platforms. This role involves ideating, creating, and analyzing content that clicks with audiences and boosts brand visibility.

Role Type:

Social Media Content Planner (Onsite - Day Shift)

Responsibilities:


• Ideate engaging content topics tailored to target audiences


• Plan and schedule informational and promotional posts


• Spot emerging trends early and capitalize on them


• Guide the creative execution of campaigns - creating paid engagement ads to boost the page


• Craft compelling captions, hashtags, and descriptions


• Use in-platform tools to track performance metrics


• Work closely with the team to boost organic reach and brand visibility

Requirements:


• Minimum 2 or more years of experience in content planning.


• Strong understanding of various platforms trends like Meta , TikTok , LinkedIn etc


• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity.


• Proficiency in using social media tools to check insights.


• Ability to boost organic reach effectively.


• Ability to coordinate with graphic designer & Junior social media handler

Qualification:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.


• Proven portfolio or examples of content strategies executed.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Collaborative and creative team culture.


• Fast-paced and trend-focused.

Shift Timing:
