The Role

We're seeking an experienced App Developer to lead the development of our new React Native app. You'll collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend teams to build a world-class wellness platform that lives in your pocket.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the app using React Native, TypeScript, and Turborepo to create a seamless, high-performance product.
  • Leading the rebuild of our mobile app, targeting both iOS and Android, while ensuring a native feel.
  • Translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect components to maintain a beautiful and intuitive UI.
  • Integrating with Shopify's GraphQL API to deliver smooth browsing, purchasing, and customer account experiences.
  • Working within a shared codebase using Turborepo to ensure efficiency and scalability.

To be successful in this role, you'll require:

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong foundation in React Native.
  • A proven track record building and scaling consumer-facing or ecommerce apps.
  • Fluency in TypeScript and modern React development.
  • A passion for clean, modular code and scalable architecture.
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma and design-to-development workflows.
  • A focus on user experience, performance optimization, and mobile best practices.
