Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in identifying and generating high-quality leads for our medical billing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other AI Navigator tools to generate leads and build targeted prospect lists.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to drive inbound inquiries.
- Meet weekly and monthly goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
- Maintain data quality and accuracy in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Recognized degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the healthcare or medical billing industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AI Navigator tools.
- Ability to adapt to a performance-driven culture.
