Role Overview:
As a Telesales Executive , you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and nurturing opportunities to expand Egora's footprint in the hospitality sector. Your role will involve being the first point of contact for prospective clients, especially focusing on venues looking to adopt QR code ordering and reservation management solutions. You'll work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers and qualify leads in the restaurant and cafe industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers in the hospitality industry, focusing on restaurants, cafes, and venues.
- Introduce Egora's solutions, including POS systems, QR code ordering, and reservation management, through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Set up meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain a detailed and organized sales pipeline using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Build strong relationships with venue owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges, especially related to digital ordering and reservations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market demands for QR code ordering and reservation management.
- Achieve and exceed lead generation and meeting setup targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of QR code ordering and reservation management solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Understanding of the Pakistan hospitality market is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
