The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to lawyers and potential clients.

Build and maintain professional relationships with lawyers to support their onboarding and profiles.

Follow up with lawyers regarding availability and service updates.

Coordinate with the social media and marketing teams to align campaigns and outreach.

Keep detailed records of calls, responses, and feedback in our CRM system.

Share insights and feedback with management for process improvement.

Qualifications

Education: BBA or equivalent degree from a reputed university.

Experience: Fresh graduate to 1 year of relevant experience in sales, telesales, or customer service.

Languages: Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.

Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

Tech: Comfortable using CRM tools, phone systems, and MS Office.
