Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Works with the board of directors and other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.
  2. Presents regular reports on the status of the company's operations to the board of directors and to company staff.
  3. Oversees the organization's financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the company.
  4. Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company's objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
  5. Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
  6. Negotiates with other companies regarding actions such as mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
  7. Serves as the company's representative to the board of directors, shareholders, employees, customers, the government, and the public.
  8. Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.
  9. Achieving organization sustainability through business development, partnerships, strategic alignment, and financial growth.
  10. Leading overseas offices and aligning them with the strategy.

Skills:

  1. Ethical Leader
  2. Business acumen and an impact mindset are a must for either profit or nonprofit sector.
  3. Related years of experience: 25+ years in leading businesses and teams.
  4. Non-Profit Experience Preferably.
