Position: AI Engineer – LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI

We are hiring an AI Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, NLP, or LLM-based projects. You will assist in developing RAG pipelines, fine-tuning models, and implementing agent workflows under the mentorship of a senior AI Lead. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow in the applied AI field.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases and document retrievers.

Build and test basic agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.

Fine-tune and evaluate transformer models like Mistral, TinyLLaMA, or BERT.

Assist with prompt structuring, chunking strategies, and tool-agent interactions.

Contribute to training and validating small models with PEFT, LoRA, and open-source tools.

Write modular Python code and document experiments via Jupyter, Git, MLFlow, or W&B.

Knowledge & Skills

1+ years of practical experience in ML, NLP, or LLM-focused work.

Working knowledge of transformer architectures and Hugging Face tools.

Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate) and RAG structures.

Familiarity with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.

Strong proficiency in Python; Pydantic knowledge is a plus.

Experience

1 to 2 years in a relevant AI/ML or NLP role, preferably involving LLMs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related discipline.
