SEO Specialist

Tecaudex is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our digital team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of search engine optimization best practices, technical SEO, and industry tools, with the ability to execute strategies that drive measurable growth in organic search visibility, rankings, and traffic.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies, including metadata optimization, internal linking, content structuring, and semantic keyword integration.
• Manage and execute technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, XML sitemaps, mobile optimization) and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Oversee off-page SEO efforts, including link-building strategies, outreach, and monitoring backlink profiles.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (organic traffic, CTR, keyword rankings, conversions) using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
• Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improving organic visibility.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
• Support local SEO, schema markup, and voice search optimization initiatives as needed.

• 1.5 - 2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or similar role (preferably in a software development/ IT company)
• Strong command of technical SEO principles, including crawlability, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
• Proficiency with major SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO tactics and how they impact search rankings.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create actionable recommendations.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, keyword positions, bounce rate, CTR, conversions).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for staying ahead of SEO and digital marketing trends.
