We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our remote team as Night Call Centre Representatives.

Job Description:
Night Call Centre Representative (Online/Remote)

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering and responding to customer inquiries and complaints via calls and emails during the night shift.
  2. Providing excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and offering prompt and accurate solutions.
  3. Demonstrating exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  4. Updating customer information and call logs.
Job Specification

Truck Dispatcher Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages.
  2. Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.
  3. Planning pre-determined routes and accommodating route changes as needed.
  4. Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices.
  5. Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.
  6. Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply.
  7. Reviewing drivers' logs, including dispatched calls and arrival times.
  8. Monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules.
  9. Logging customer shipping schedules and complaints.

Skills Required:

  1. Knowledge of trucking regulations and laws.
  2. Understanding of how shipping, trucking, and logistics work.
  3. Analytical skills to problem-solve and coordinate difficult situations.
  4. Ability to handle upset customers.
  5. Technology skills, particularly in transportation management software.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Excellent communication skills to clearly relay information to all involved parties.
