Position Overview

Brandix Soft is a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Google Ads, GMB Optimization, and Web Development. We serve clients across the UK and US markets, delivering measurable growth through strategic digital solutions. As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive revenue and lead our high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 4–5 B2B sales agents
  • Conduct weekly coaching sessions focused on cold calling, objection handling, and closing strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics and pipeline accuracy via CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Motivate the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas
High-Value Deal Execution
  • Personally close $5,000+ monthly retainers in digital marketing services
  • Handle the complete sales cycle – from lead qualification to closing
  • Deliver compelling, consultative pitches to C-level decision-makers in UK and US companies
  • Position services like SEO, PPC, and Web Development as ROI-driven investments
Performance Optimization
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Utilize sales enablement tools and automation for enhanced productivity
  • Analyze industry trends and competitors to optimize the sales approach
RequirementsExperience
  • 3+ years of international B2B cold calling (UK/US clients preferred)
  • 2+ years selling digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, PPC, or related)
  • 1+ year of experience managing a sales team with a strong performance record
Skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication (neutral, UK, or US accent preferred)
  • Leadership skills with experience in coaching and team performance management
  • Proficient in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling techniques
Additional Requirements
  • Must be based in Lahore
  • Must be willing to work on-site
  • Availability for one of the following shifts:
Shift Options (Monday to Friday)
  • UK Market: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PKT)
  • US Market: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
