Job Description:

As an Upwork Sales Closer, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients on Upwork, understanding their needs, and closing sales to ensure long-term partnerships. You will work closely with our team to deliver customized solutions that meet client goals while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with qualified leads on Upwork.
  • Understand client needs and effectively pitch our services.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with prospective clients.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and deal-closing on Upwork or similar platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, web design, etc.) is an advantage.
