Are you passionate about building and managing affiliate partnerships that drive real growth? Do you have a knack for analyzing performance and developing successful strategies? If so, we want you on our team as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help expand our global footprint

What You'll Do

Publisher Management

  • Recruit and onboard new publishers to our affiliate program.
  • Monitor and evaluate publisher performance to optimize ROI.
  • Foster strong relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.

Event Management

  • Schedule and publish promotional events on affiliate network platforms.
  • Monitor publisher websites for activity and remove expired or inactive campaigns.

Placement Research

  • Analyze competitor strategies and ad placements.
  • Negotiate premium placement deals with publishers.
  • Research emerging marketing channels and evaluate competitor tactics.
  • Initiate and negotiate new partnerships with promising marketing platforms.

What We're Looking For

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1 year+ of experience in affiliate marketing, particularly in managing CPS (Cost-Per-Sale) models.
  • Proven success in scaling affiliate partnerships from scratch to high-performing programs.

Technical Skills & Tools:

  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Awin, CJ (Commission Junction), Impact, ShareASale, and similar tools.
  • Proficient in Excel for detailed reporting and data analysis.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Ambitious, responsible, and a strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
