  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Act as a key point of contact for corporate customers, understanding their financial needs.

    • Regularly visit clients to enhance service delivery and business relationships.

  • Portfolio Management:

    • Manage a portfolio of mid to large-sized corporate clients ensuring profitability, credit quality, and compliance with Shariah principles.

    • Monitor account activities to ensure consistent revenue generation and credit health.

  • Credit Proposal & Structuring:

    • Prepare detailed credit proposals and financial analysis in line with bank policies and SBP regulations.

    • Structure Islamic financing solutions such as Murabaha, Ijarah, Diminishing Musharakah, and Istisna based on client requirements.

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market segment.

    • Achieve assigned financial targets in terms of asset growth, revenue generation, and deposit mobilization.

  • Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure that all transactions comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Shariah principles.

    • Supervise proper documentation, security perfection, and disbursement processes.

  • Coordination & Team Support:

    • Collaborate with internal departments like Credit Risk, Shariah Compliance, Legal, and Operations for seamless transaction execution.

    • Support senior team members in strategic initiatives and special projects.
