We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our B2B and SaaS sales pipeline. You'll work with a growth-hacker mindset, using automation and smart free tools to identify, engage, and qualify decision-makers. Your mission: fill the pipeline with international leads (with a strong focus on Europe) and support the sales team with consistent, high-quality opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Research and map high-value B2B prospects in Europe and other target regions.
- Build and manage lead databases using free and automation platforms.
- Run direct outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, cold calls) to generate interest.
- Automate prospecting workflows with make.com and similar tools.
- Qualify leads and coordinate smooth handoffs to Sales Managers.
- Track, analyze, and optimize lead pipeline KPIs and campaign performance.

Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in B2B lead generation or sales development.
- Proven record generating organic and qualified international leads.
- Familiarity with SaaS, IT services, and European B2B markets.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with lead-gen and automation platforms.
- Strong written and spoken English for outreach and calls.
- Data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
- KPI-focused with a track record of results.
- Creative and resourceful in building pipelines.
- Confident in cold calling and customer outreach.
- Clear communicator with excellent follow-up discipline.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and driven by growth.
