Salary Range:up to 100K PKR + Uncapped Commissions.

Work Schedule:(10 Positions Available)

Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (PKT)

This role follows an alternate Saturday working schedule.

Position: Sales Development Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Executive to join our high-energy sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging and qualifying potential customers through Outbound Calls and CRM Driven Outreach. Your goal will be to generate high-quality leads and directly close sales for our Energy and POS Solutions, driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and persuasive selling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Research and identify potential clients in target industries.

Use cold calling to generate leads.

Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.

2. Sales Outreach & Conversion:

Engage prospects with persuasive, value-driven communication.

Explain product/service benefits and overcome objections.

Schedule sales meetings for the closing team.

3. CRM & Pipeline Management:

Log all interactions and update lead status in the CRM.

Maintain a structured follow-up process to nurture leads.

4. Market & Industry Awareness:

Stay updated on trends in Energy, POS, Telecom, or Lead Generation.

Adjust pitch strategies based on industry insights.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication.

Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or lead generation (preferred).

Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in Energy, POS, Telecom, or Lead Generation sales.

Familiarity with sales automation tools.
