Job Brief:
The position holder coordinates and provides office support to either an individual or
team and is vital for the smooth-running of a business. Their duties may include strong
multi-tasking with ability to simultaneously manage various day to day tasks such as
Stakeholder management, vendor dealing and record keeping.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of both Boulevard 64 & Square 1 office.
- Drive the day to day activities to ensure the accuracy, governance, and maintenance of company SOPs.
- Respond to co-workers, superiors, and clients in a cooperative, constructive and timely manner regarding all queries.
- Understand and execute oral and written instructions, policies, and procedures to perform special projects outside the scope of activities.
- Monitor the condition of site buildings and grounds to ensure that appropriate standards are achieved.
- Ensure the prior intimation of deadlines of all utility bills & rental payments to finance department and ensure timely payments.
- Ensure repair and maintenance of offices, furniture/fixtures and machines/equipment's
- Generate Monthly billing reports and ensuring the timely payments.
- Coordination with HO to proceed repair & maintain of issued vehicles.
- Management of pool car requests.
- Developing and sustaining relationships with company-approved vendors.
- Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
- Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.
- Proceeding Work order, Purchase requisitions undertakings and GRNs.
- Supervision and ensure smooth operations of security cameras and related equipment's.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in fleet management.
- Maintain the decorum of the customer walk-in area and ensure a pristine ambiance by engaging building staff.
- Foster a customer-focused attitude to address queries and complaints, providing first-contact resolution.
- Worked on security protocols.
- Prior experience of Courier services.

- Education: Bachelors – preferably in Business Administration
- Experience: 3-5 years of field experience
