We're on the lookout for an experienced Admin Manager to join our dynamic team. At Novacolor Pakistan, you'll be an integral part of driving our company's success, coordinating our operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our organization.
Your role? To manage resources, oversee daily operations, handle decision-making, and foster a productive work environment for all team members.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and manage information flow to support business operations efficiently.
- Recruit, train, and assign responsibilities to personnel, ensuring maximum performance and effective use of office space.
- Monitor schedules, deadlines, inventory, and expenses while assisting in budget preparation.
- Oversee facilities and maintenance services, along with organizing and supervising office activities.
- Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and stay updated on organizational changes and business developments.
Experience & Requirements
- Must have 3-4 years of experience in a relevant field (any industry)
- Strong leadership skills and a background in administration
- Proven ability in decision-making and problem-solving
- Experience in managing teams and coordinating operations
- Proficiency in managing resources and budgets
Qualification
Bachelor's in Business Administration from a reputed institute or equivalent.
