The Cyber Security Presales Engineer plays a key role in designing customized cybersecurity services and solutions for clients. This role involves creating technical proposals, presenting solutions, conducting demos, and working closely with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to implementation.

Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design customized cybersecurity services (Security Assessment, GRC, Consultancy, etc.) and solutions (SIEM/SOC, IAM/PAM, EDR/XDR, Zero Trust, Cloud Security).
  • Create technical proposals and documentation for client engagements.
  • Conduct solution presentations and demos to showcase cybersecurity offerings.
  • Analyze client environments to design secure and scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Address technical queries, build strong client relationships, and educate clients on cybersecurity trends.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity presales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience with SIEM, SOC, IAM, PAM, EDR, XDR, Zero Trust, and Cloud Security solutions.
  • Ability to design and propose secure, scalable, and compliance-driven cybersecurity architectures.
  • Familiarity with security assessment methodologies, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), and consultancy practices.

Functional Skills:

  • Excellent presentation and demo skills with the ability to explain complex cybersecurity concepts to clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical solutions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, AWS/Azure Security Certifications).
  • Experience working with enterprise clients on large-scale cybersecurity solutions.
