The Role
We're looking for a Head of Presales for our client who can turn complex technology into clear business value. You'll lead the presales team, work closely with enterprise customers, and ensure solutions address their most critical challenges.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in enterprise IT, preferably in banking, finance, or a multinational environment, and knows how to navigate complex organizations to build trust and secure business.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor the presales team to build technical depth, customer empathy, and commercial focus.
- Work directly with clients to understand needs, challenges, and vision.
- Translate customer requirements into compelling, tailored solutions.
- Oversee proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and proof-of-concepts.
- Partner with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure solutions are realistic, profitable, and future-proof.
- Stay ahead of market trends and bring fresh thinking to the approach.
What You Bring:
- 12–15 years in enterprise IT, with at least 5 in presales or solution leadership.
- Experience in banking, finance, or multinational enterprise environments.
- Strong grasp of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent engagement skills with both C-level executives and technical teams.
- Ability to connect business outcomes with technical solutions.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Relevant certifications (preferred):
- Cloud: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional), Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
- Cybersecurity: CISSP, CISM, CCSP
- Enterprise Architecture: TOGAF
- IT Infrastructure: ITIL Expert, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNP/CCIE
- Data Center: CDCP, CDCS, CDCE
